Description

The work we do defines who we are. As the nature of work changes, so do our identities. And at times marked by accelerating technological change (such as artificial intelligence) and global disruptions (such as the pandemic and its aftermath), many of us will endure a proper identity crisis. Channeling the concept of “funded contentment” – the idea that true wealth is the ability to underwrite a meaningful life – this talk articulates an optimistic vision of the future in which current disruptions in the nature of work, however unsettling, actually create fresh opportunities for human flourishing.
