In this 30 minute session, attendees will learn about the latest trends in ERISA litigation against plan sponsors and advisors. Tom previously worked at the law firm Schlichter, Bogard, and Denton, litigating many of the original excessive fee cases including Tibble v. Edison. Attendees will leave with a high level understanding of the latest cases and decisions including around target date funds, ESG investing, and a special discussion around the coming wave against health plans.
