Speaker Bio
Jeff is the CEO and Co-Founder of Strategic Retirement Partners. He grew up in a small town in Illinois with an entrepreneur father who stoked those entrepreneurial flames early in Jeff’s life. He grew up 4th generation in the wholesale business, working from an early age, and loved every minute of being part of that legacy. He wisely chose to go to business school over trying to become a rock star (a very difficult choice at the time). The family wholesale business was slowly being gobbled up by the Wal-Mart machine, so upon graduation with a bachelor's degree, he helped his Dad sell the family business and ventured out to Chicago to find his own entrepreneurial calling and found it in 2001 helping employers take care of their most precious asset; their people.

Strategic Retirement Partners is a nationwide, independent team of retirement plan geeks dedicated to helping workers sift through the complexities of their financial lives to achieve financial freedom. In this relentless pursuit, we help employers attract, retain, and reward their precious human capital while insulating them from fiduciary risk. SRP has been named Best Places to Work in Money Management fours years running and Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors three of the last four years. As the lead geek, it’s not surprising that he leads the firm's Asset Allocation team and is a member of their national investment committee. His peers selected him to represent them on the American Retirement Association Government Affairs Committee. His peers also selected him as a Top 100 Plan Adviser in the nation in 2021. He has been a finalist for PLANADVISER Retirement Plan Adviser of the Year the last two years winning for Mentorship in 2023. As of July 1, 2022, SRP supports over 1,200 retirement plans with a collective $17+ Billion in assets representing the aspirations of over 250,000 hard-working Americans.

Jeff received his MBA from DePaul University, graduating with distinction. He has passed Level I of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Exam. Jeff and his wife Becky reside in Shorewood, IL. They have 3 children, way too many guitars (according to Becky), and a labradoodle named Ollie. Outside of family, work, and music, Jeff’s interests include golfing, global macroeconomics, longevity research, fitness, and Bitcoin.
