What to Expect:

Each sponsor receives:

  • One 6-foot table
  • Two chairs
  • Access to one electrical outlet

Sponsors’ 6-foot tables are arranged in pods.  The pods are distributed among the general session and dining seating to allow maximum interaction between sponsors and attendees throughout the event.  

Dress Code: Jeans Casual

What to Bring:

  • Branded tablecloth for 6-foot table
  • Flyers and handouts
  • Trinkets or merchandise
  • Small table displays that are less than 24” high
  • Surge protector outlet strip

What NOT to Bring

  • Any displays, pop-ups, monitors, lighting, or signage that does not sit on your 6-foot table or is higher than 24”
  • Alcoholic beverages or servings of food (Candy, mints, and branded treats are allowed)

*All speakers must be employed by your firm. If you would like a speaker to join your session who is not employed by you, please contact us to discuss.

Speaker FAQs

Yes, ALL speakers must register. Please register for the event at www.wealthatwork.live using code SPEAKER at checkout to remove the cost of registration.

General Session/Keynote Speakers: Exhibit Hall is set up in rounds with the main stage in the front of the exhibit hall. 

Breakout Sessions (30 minute sessions): Each rooms is set up with a screen, projector, handheld clicker, 6-foot table, 3 chairs, and 3 lav mics. Session rooms are set up classroom style for 75 attendees. Please do not adjust room setup, as there is very little time between sessions and the room is set up to accommodate all sessions/speakers.

You will not send us your presentation in advance of the event. Please do not email your presentation to any of our team members. 

If you want your presentation to be made available to attendees in the mobile app, upload it any time prior to the start of the event. 

If you are a General Session/Keynote Speaker (45/50-minute session), our team will reach out to you to discuss logistics.

If your presentation contains any custom fonts, the rented PC in the session room may not have those fonts loaded. Therefore, the PC will convert your fonts to the closest font loaded on that PC. No downloading of any kind is allowed on the rented PCs in the session rooms.

There are no Macs in the session rooms.

PC Laptops are installed in each session room. However, you will need to bring your own laptop if either of the following apply to your session:

  • You are using a Mac rather than a PC.
  • Your session is built in PowerPoint AND you are using custom fonts. Those fonts are not installed in the PCs provided in session rooms, and no downloading of any kind is allowed on the rented equipment in the session room. If you do not know if your presentation contains custom fonts, please ask the person who created your presentation.

Dedicated AV support will be available in each session room. PC and Mac adapters are provided in each session room. The timeframe between sessions is generally 5 minutes, so please take this time into consideration.

No. We suggest that when your session time begins, you begin your presentation. We suggest you begin right away at your start time, even if attendees are still coming into the room.

No. Please note, due to contract limitations with our AV vendor, speakers may not record their own sessions using outside vendors/equipment.

Dedicated AV support team members will be in each session room for the duration of every session. Additionally, a room monitor will be in the back of the room and will hold up a silent notification that you have five minutes left in your session and again when you have one minute left in your session. After your session has ended, we ask that you exit the room to allow the next speaker to set up their presentation.

General Session/Keynote Speakers: Please meet at the AV station in the back of the room of the Exhibit Hall no later than 20 minutes before your speaking session begins. 

Breakout Sessions (30-minute sessions): Please arrive to your breakout room 10 minutes before your session begins.
